As the Director of Strategic Delivery for the People Partnerships (2P) team, you’ll serve as the right hand and strategic advisor to the SVP of People Partnerships, leading a team of program and project managers focused on enablement and People team product marketing. You and your team ensure the consistent adoption and execution of People solutions across the enterprise and drive the connective tissue that keeps 2P operating with clarity, rhythm, and impact.

The Program Manager will drive the development, delivery, and execution of role-specific GTM and Upskilling programs and strategies post employee onboarding, to ensure our sales and service teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to achieve and exceed their targets. This role optimizes the performance of our sales and service organization and contributes to the company's continued growth.

The Senior Program Manager for Jump Academy, is a strategic and execution-focused role responsible for building, launching, and managing a strategic talent program globally, designing the full 1-year journey program, including key developmental milestones, continuous learning tracks, regular focus groups, and at least two successful in-person meetup events.

Elevate the impact and consistency of internal HR communications in this critical role that will focus on the strategy, coordination, trafficking, and integration of HR communication initiatives across diverse programs and business units, ensuring cohesive and impactful employee experience. Partner closely with our existing corporate communications team on HR content creation and design while connecting the dots, managing timelines, and ensuring our messages resonate effectively and consistently across the organization.

Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive and improve the effectiveness and innovation of global recruiting programs. Partner with senior leaders across the business, TA, Engineering, People Insights and external partners to design, launch, and scale programs that align with company’s strategic workforce goals. Champion craft excellence, thrive in creating order, and understand the importance of teamwork.

Manage and scale new hire onboarding, automating and standardizing key learning & development processes, and collecting, analyzing and using data to continuously improve how we support growth across engineering, product and design teams. Refine Vanta’s EPD onboarding and continuous training programs to ensure new hires have the right resources throughout their ramp process.

This role will continue to evolve the recruiting function with a focus on building a scalable, data-driven engine that directly supports EvenUp's ambitious growth targets. You will own the systems, processes, and data insights that govern the entire talent lifecycle, ensuring operational efficiency and a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires a strong foundation in program management.
